Initial consultation

This is free for all new clients and it takes place before your first treatment. Consultations take place to ensure the treatment you book is right for you and can be tailored to suit your needs.

Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer the day before the treatment or cash when you arrive.

Cancellations

As a courtesy, please remember to call as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your appointment and I'd be happy to rebook it for you. If you miss an appointment or fail to give 24hrs notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of the cost of the booked treatment. This fee is payable in advance of booking your next treatment
